Shipping Policy

Domestic US addresses

Please allow sufficient travel time when ordering, for specific project or event deadlines.
If necessary, expedited services are available, as listed below.

Domestic Flat Rate Fee schedule:

UPS Ground or USPS Mail – $8.00 Order total $1-$75
UPS Ground or USPS Mail – $10.00 Order total $76-$100
UPS Ground or USPS Mail – $15.00 Order total $101-$150
UPS Ground or USPS Mail – $20.00 Order total $151-$250
UPS Ground or USPS Mail – $25.00 Order total over $251

Shipments to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are shipped via US Postal Service only, at the same rates as above.

For shipments weighing over 6 pounds, actual charges will apply.

NEXT DAY AIR Add $30.00 to above charges
2 DAY AIR Add $20.00 to above charges
3 DAY Expedited Add $15.00 to above charges

Expedited service fee’s are estimated, based on a shipment size/weight of approximately 2 pounds. Charges for shipments over 2 pounds will be based on actual UPS charges, which are calculated on Size of Carton as well as Weight of Shipment.

Canadian and International destinations

Our method of accepting payments is via the PayPal processor.  Through PayPal we can accept orders paid via PayPal account, credit card, or venmo.

International

We only use US Postal Service for International orders.

USPS offers two different service levels, depending upon transit time desired:

Intl Express Mail Transit is typically 2-3 business days to most countries.
Intl Priority Mail Transit between 5-10 business days.

(If not otherwise specified, Intl Priority Mail is our ‘standard’ method of shipping internationally.)

All service levels are based on weight (and size) of the shipment, so we cannot quote actual shipping costs without an order.
